Samsung Galaxy S4 Black UScellular

Overall, this would be a 4-5 star phone if it worked consistently. Unfortunately it does not. It freezes, hangs, shuts down, and restarts numerous times every day. This often happens while in the middle of a call or writing a text. It's beyond annoying and is extremely frustrating. For example, today I've been trying to respond to a simple text. In the past half hour the phone has either frozen and then restarted FIFTEEN times. Oh and I've gotten the dreaded "Unfortunately _____ (insert app/function name here) has stopped" several times as well. I paid a lot of money for this phone and feel that I've been taken advantage of. Oh, did I mention the problems with the phone started popping up right after the warranty had expired? Once this phone dies, I will never own another Samsung phone.

Someone talked me into getting another brand -- Biggest mistake I've made in a long time! Back to the Samsung (newer model with great perks). I'm singing praises to be back with Samsung! Never again will I go down another road! Thanks Samsung for the great service!

This is my first Smart phone and I really am liking it. It was a "hand-me-down" from my husband who upgraded to the Galaxy S6. It was very easy to set up with what I felt was important to have at my fingertips (contacts, Google Calendar, e-mail and text messaging). I like the hands-free abilities (it announces who is phoning or texting me) and the air gestures (magnifying the calendar entries).

To call the Samsung S4 a phone is to overlook, it's power to alter your life for good. Communication, education, information, entertainment, organization, documentation, photos, videos, music, audio books, mapping, tracking, audio recording, and so much more. This is not just a phone, it is all the world offers in your hand.

I was so impressed with the Galaxy S4 I purchased a second one for my wife. We are both well pleased and are waiting for an opportunity to upgrade to the S5 or S6. We are also considering a tablet or 2. Samsung just makes great products, no 2 ways about it!!! We will definitely stay with Samsung.!!!!!
