I can always rely on it when I need it the most and it's very fast reponding. I have had this phone for almost two years now and I am very impressed with my samsung. I can't wait to upgrade to the newer verson! Thanks for bringing me a very amazing product!

Never had any problems with my S4 throughout the length of my usage, I recommended it to several friends who ultimately bought it as well and they all have had nothing but praise for the device. The only reason I no longer use the phone is due to an upgrade becoming available and I switch to the Note 4. I run Samsung gear whenever possible. I own a Smart tv, Tab 2, S4 and now a Note 4. I plan to Upgrade the tablet in about a week and I can only say that Samsung will forever hold my business and the Tab S looks splendid.

This phones battery is the best I have had. I really enjoy the way I can be talking on my phone, browsing the Internet and scheduling an appointment in my calendar. This phone has great sound.

The phone is great in every way but has one major flaw--the phone's USB connection wears out prematurely making it difficult, if not impossible, to charge it and connect it to a PC. It seems this is a common problem with S3's and S4's. My workaround is to purchase an external charger and extra batteries and to use the USB connector as little as possible once the part shows the early signs of eventual failure. It's a shame the phone has this problem because it has been great in every other way.
