Was no good was no unlocked as they said cost me money

I love this phone but sometimes it has issues. Sometimes you can't hear it ringing.

I purchased this phone for my daughter. We love it nice size, great resolution, great graphics. She is using straight talk as her cellphone provider. Although, it took us several hours on the phone with straight talk reps to configure the picture messaging it's well worth the price. We had to go into the setting then APN i.e. Access POINT NAMES to configure the picture messages. I may purchase one for myself after my contract ends with Verizon. You won't be disappointed. Shipping was fast two days to the store for pick-up.
