Michelin Latitude Tour HP All-Season High Performance Highway Tire Offering confident handling and a quiet, comfortable ride. Michelin's Crossover/SUV Touring All-Season light truck tire, the Latitude Tour HP, is created for the drivers of premium sport utility and crossover vehicles and is designed to blend comfort, handling and All-Season traction (even in light snow). Molding an All-Season tread compound into a symmetric pattern, the Latitude Tour HP balances dry, wet and wintertime traction while the stable shoulder blocks and a continuous center rib improves responsiveness and highway stability. The wide circumferential grooves help reduce the chances of hydroplaning, and the 2-D Active Sipes increase handling in the snow and rain. Featuring Michelin?s FAZ Technology (Filament At Zero degrees), the tire's internal structure showcases twin steel belts reinforced with polyester and aramid/nylon cords wound spirally under the tread area delivering a stable feel and crisp steering. The polyester cord reinforced sidewalls enhance ride quality of the Latitude Tour HP.

Reliable traction in all weather conditions, bold handling, and stable handling at high speeds. 2-D Active Sipes and Wider Circumferential Grooves FAZ Technology Secure Lock Tread Blocks For information on tire installation, click here.

I purchased the Latitude Tour HP's approximately 2 years ago and I am completely happy with their wear, ride and handling. I also have a set of X-Ice winter tires and I am equally happy with that set of tires. Handling is second to none. The vehicle came with Kumo's and it was like driving around on 4 cement blocks compared to the Michelins.

Have had Michelin's on every car I owned. Or replaced to them on any used vehicles. My most recent was a Lexus RX350 which came with Bridgestone snows. When it came time for summer driving on went a set of latitude up's. Not disappointed as usual with ride and handling they gave.

I've got my SUV from Japan with the Toyo tires. Excellent grip, a bit noisy and lasted 3 years. Replaced them with Michelin. Excellent grip, much lower noise and lasted 7 years. Now I have both all-season and winter tires from Michelin. And forget to check the tires pressure for months. When change from all-season to winter and back, the pressure is still nominal.

I'm extremely surprised that a grade 1 tire manufacturer would allow these tires to pass as quiet tires. They are much louder then competitors tires. It's unfortunate that quality standards have gone by the way side in order to produce greater profits. I was normally a big fan of Michelin tires but I;'m not to sure anymore.

2017 Ford Escape Titanium. At about 25000 KL we started getting a rough feeling ride and a considerable amount of road noise. We had the SUV undercoated with sound barrier when we purchased the vehicle. The change in the feel and handling of the tires has become very noticable. Traction has also deterioated. We now have 42000 KL on the tires. I am pricing new tires as we donot like the noise and lack of traction.
