I contacted customer relations and was assured that this disruption is the result of production decisions during COVID and they indeed plan to restock Ultra GentleCare eventually. There has been NO decision to permanently discontinue at this time.

as you have seen from a number of other reviews there are quite a number of people who have medical conditions the benefit from the use of this aloe and vitamin E product. I have tried your other toilet paper without the aloe and it doesn't, come close to the gentleness of this product. I don't think there is anybody without a medical issue who would not use this toilet paper. So why not produce this instead of the other... At least until we can stock up again. This is not a vanity request. It is a medical necessity and I honestly don't understand why you are letting so many people with medical issues suffer. Kindly give this your attention. And we will remain lifelong Cottonelle customers!

I have called (3 times) and asked and asked. I'm always told it's not been discontinued and that they are making their products as fast as they can. PLEASE stop making some of your other brands and get this one back on the shelves!! I'm on my last pack and don't know what I'll do when I run out!!! PLEASE!!!!!

This is the ONLY TP I've bought for ... I'm 62. As long as it's been around. No other TP is quite the same. A friend's mother apparently stockpiled some and smuggled two rolls to me today from East Tennessee. I get you had to make choices, but we need the green package back!!!!!

By far the best TP and I have hypersensitive skin. I would make special trips to target just to buy it. Then BAM! Covid-19 happens and I'm now nearing the end of my supply. I just bought charmin for sensitive skin and I'm scared to use it. I hope this comes back soon.
