Spenco Propel + Carbon Performance Insoles Women's 9-10.5/Men's 8-9.5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new carbon insoles from Spenco Propel. I've been wearing them for about two weeks now and my feet don't hurt anymore. I used to get done with jogging and my feet would hurt so bad but that's not the case anymore. They are surprisingly lightweight and comfortable.

They have arch support and they don't make my foot hurt. Like they usually does. After a usual run my feet throbs so much that I have soak them. With Spenco® Propel™ + Carbon Insoles,I don't have to do that anymore. All my family and friends that are runners, have ordered them a pair of Spenco® Propel™ + Carbon Insoles.

I'm constantly jumping and these help to absorb that shock of constantly coming down. I have felt relief in not only my feet and ankles but also my knees. The insoles take a few wears to break in but otherwise no issues. I will buy these insoles again when I wear them out.

They give me great support and a great base to push off on. They give me great stability and I actually feel as if they have helped me run a little faster. I have beat my own personal goal. They are comfortable and overall a great product for anyone who enjoys running. I also read that they help prevent injury which is very important for me as a mom of 3. I highly recommend this product!
