Youtheory - Collagen Skin, Hair & Nail Formula 6000 mg. - 160 Tablets

This is a decent collagen supplement . I usually look for ones that have more types of collagen , but I've purchased these & they seem to work well. I can tell because if I'm not taking a good collagen supplement, my nails just crumble & break. I definitely recommend this! It's great for strengthening hair, nails, bones. It's also great for recovery if you work out -which I do - A lot! lol

I have been using this vitamin for about two weeks, and my hair has more volume than before, and my nails are stronger, my skin is still in the works of changes. I am going to buy more and continue to use this vitamin to see if there is a difference in my skin. My skin is a bit on the dry side, but noticed a small difference in the skin on my feet, which were really dry and hard to keep the peeling down to a minimum.

I've been using this product for a few weeks. The pills are big and they recommend you take six a day, I have only taken them once a day. I may not see as many benefits as someone who takes the recommended dose. I've seen a great difference in my skin. I don't have issues with my joints "at this time", so I can't speak for that. I'm thinking of having my Mother try them since she does have severe arthritis. I'm hoping that my tendons, bones, skin and hair will be in much better condition as I age. I like to look my best, and try to look younger than I am. I want to remain active at I age and hope this will give me the mobility and strength in my senior years so I can achieve my goals.

Taken daily for several weeks now, I notice a difference in my skin and hair. Prior to the use of this product my hair was shedding more. It's something I've experienced my when le lfe. Now when I comb my wet hair in the shower, there is far less loss. The same holds true for dry brushing my hair, less hair remains in the brush. Others have commented that my skin looks better too. I noticed an improvement in my dark circles.

I've been taking them since they arrived , I really haven't seen any big improvements but I'm sure you have to take them at least a few weeks to get the real effects of the product . But I do however like the quality of the product and the ease of use and will continue to take them . No side effects from the product either.They could be working but I just can't tell it much at the moment.You have to remember with any supplement it takes time to see the benefits and some it will take a little longer. I do recommend trying the product and see if it works for you.
