Plantfusion 236829 10.58 oz Collagen Protein Powder

This is my second purchase. It really lasts awhile the way I use it. Basically, I make fruit sorbet - frozen fruits like banana and blueberry and pineapple (just chop and freeze) and then add about a half of a measuring cup. I also add ashwagandha powder and cinnamon, no other sweeteners. It is so refreshing. You need Vit C and sulfur to produce your own collagen, so getting cabbage and broccoli too is good. I often also will add frozen cauliflower or broccoli to the fruit and believe it or not you can't taste that it is a vegetable in there. The collagen builder powder basically gives a nice flavor and if you use it regularly I'm not sure you need the full scoop per serving.

I chose a plant-based collagen only because I get enough meat in my daily diet. This collagen seems to have ingredients that are aimed to provide skin improvement like ceramides and hyaluronic acid. The quality is standard. There are proprietary blends which don't exactly break down each given amount.

I have been taking this supplement for a week now. The benefits are too early to talk about. I have to take it at least for a month before I can talk about it's effects . Highly nutritious for sure, not too easily soluble. Quantity vs. price is acceptable

I was trying to find a plant based collagen for a long and seems like this will really be my favorite, It is a good amount to use for one course - that is for like two months. I add to my drinks or smoothies, or some breakfast dishes. It is also no problem to just add it to water and use like that. overall, great product!

Bought this collagen builder for my mother (age - 63, has problems with joints, pain in knees), and so far she likes it. It dissolves really well both in water and milk. My mother likes the tender vanilla flavor of this supplement - the taste is not overwhelming, and is quite pleasant. We hope to see improvements soon.
