South Shore SoHo Full/Queen Headboard (54"/60"), Natural Maple

Easy to put together by myself and it looks absolutely great!!!

I bought this as a cheap simple headboard because I've never had one and my pillows would always fall behind the bed. Exactly what I expected for the price paid. Looks nice. Easy to put together. Only down fall is it doesn't come with bolts to attach to the frame.

I selected this item based upon price and its appearance. After opening the item and starting the assembly I found the instructions to be some of the worst I had encountered for furniture assembly. The instructions were multi-lingual as typical but the formatting made the English difficult. The instructions contained confusing graphics and unnecessary instructions for items not part of this product. The quality of the materials was also very poor with poor fit between some components to such a degree that I could not fit the top rail onto the headboard without drilling a new hole. At the end of the assembly there were two pieces remaining that did not seem to be part of this product, I could not find these pieces in the instructions either. In summary I have a mostly completed product, with three leftover pieces. If you are normally challenged with these types of assemblies my recommendation is to skip this one. If you be a little creative and have good spatial vision the low price may make this product worthwhile.

So I bought this bed frame because I liked the way it looks and in the description it says that it fits a full or a queen size bed. I bought the matching bed frame in a full and when I put together the head board the holes don't fit that of a full. Looked like it fit for a queen. So my brother had to make his own holes in order to attach it to my bed for sturdyness. I'm disappointed. He made it work but it was just more work for us.

The headboard has an elegant look. I am beginning to stage my house for sale and needed a nice looking headboard to finish off the guest bedroom and this was a perfect fit. It was easy to put together once we figured out the "picture" instructions. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
