This product works good. It can be a little rough on the back, but you just have to remember not to lean into it too much.

I have tried this for a week and did not like it it does not vibrate but rolls on but it eolls on the spine and not on the muscle

I was torn between a few models but ultimately decided to try this one. It has been amazing. I love that it has the 3 setting options so you can target the area you want. The massage can be as hard or soft as you want depending on how hard you lay into the chair. This is a great product for the price.

I had originally picked out the $30 chair but that was on back order so I went with this one. I am disappointed it does not have a heat function like the lesser one offered. Back massager is a little rough but I suppose it works ok. Really awkward location of the remote however. Instead of being on a long wire so you can see to adjust the settings the remote is attached to the seat so if you want to see what you are doing you have to stand up. It should be on a cord.

This product is everything it's trumped up to be. For the folks who gave a bad review because of it's intensity, there's a simple remedy. Simply put another layer between you and it, or however many layers it takes to make it comfortable. I have the same experience and now has reduced my headaches, which originate in my back. It has held up very well for years.
