This item was working fine at first. About the fourth time using it, it was sounding like the motor of a tuck running. I would have kept it if this didn't happen.
I received this as a Christmas gift and was so excited when I opened the box. That's where the excitement ended. The back massager was fine but the seat has 2 very hard disks that felt like I was sitting on 2 hockey pucks. Back in the box and immediately returned. It was the very worst. If I could I would rate it 0 stars.
