Not good for cheese bread! It leaves the bread like a rock. I bought it because Walmart didn't have Bob's red Mill flour brand of cassava flour but I waste my money on this flour plus all the cheeses I used trying to make the bread that usually I make and are wonderful.

This is by far the best gluten free/dairy free and allergy free flour out there. It has no smell like others say, it also makes great bread along with GF Vegan gelatin for example. I like the price for the amount you get. I buy this whenever I need it as I have found many brands cut corners and add milk to their flours or are contaminated by milk and other allergens, and those make me sick. When you have an issue with gluten you will develop an allergy to the protein found in milk, and there is no way I will buy other brands, this one is allergen free and is fab.

Oh no! Why is this so much different than Otto's? Sorry I cannot use this. It does not work like my regular brand. Too bad. Seem ultra-processed! Possibly bleached.
