I found a recipe on their website for simple peach cobbler. It did not require a lot of ingredients and it was very easy to make. It came out very light and moist. The taste was very good and my family loved it. I will be trying this in more recipes.

This is the first time I have baked with oat flour. The first line of the label said to substitute this flour 1:1 for AP flour in brownies. Well, if you insist . . . I used the traditional Hershey's cocoa brownie recipe. The oat flour is lighter than AP flour. It smells strongly of oats. The brownies were slightly more cake-like with a finer crumb than with AP flour. But they were moist like a flat, chewy brownie. The dry, chewy edges were still present. I did not notice any difference in flavor. If I needed gluten-free flour, this product worked well in brownies. I expect that the oatmeal flavor might be too strong in a vanilla cake. The cost exceeds my budget for everyday use. So I am unlikely to buy it in the future.

I love this, it taate good and it's amazing for those that have sensitivity to gluten. This is a small can but it's well worth it when it's time to use it. No weird scents or taste.

Never tried oat flour before and really, honestly never heard of it other than under random ingredients in some products. I was really missing something and am so glad I had the opportunity to try this. It seems to be lighter and sifted finer than regular wheat flour. Baked goods have a little bit different taste. This contains buckwheat also and the flavor difference is like buckwheat pancakes and regular pancakes. A good thing! The only thing I have baked with it so far is a blueberry crisp. That was yesterday, and today it is gone. Follow the directions when using this . For different types of baked goods the measurements change just little. I like the idea that it is healthier and actually tastier than regular flour. Would buy it again and definitely recommend it. Cute little reusable container too.

We're always looking for opportunities to add Gluten-free alternatives to our cooking. The oat flour mix was was delicious in my fried chicken batter and I had nothing but compliments about it and evening. Would loved to have added a photo of the finished product, but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment.
