Perfect for cooking. My husband has been using this to stir fry veggies and he loves it because it doesn't change the flavor of the dish and doesn't leave that gross “fishy” smell in the air like some other oils do when you cook them.

Taste great for my use. This was my first time trying a sunflower oil and coconut oil blend. I love coconut oil and use it frequently and I have never used sunflower oil, although I do love sunflower use for so much of my food source. The oil that poured out was not as thick as an olive oil yet not as thin as a canola oil, in my opinion. It had a nice consistency to it that I thought would work well with frying up various foods. So, as I warmed up the oil, it thinned out a bit and looked ready to go. With the dough that I was frying, I believe it reacted to this oil a bit more vigorously than oils that I have used previously for this recipe. My oil did bubble up at initial contact with my food source, causing me to turn down my heat so that I would not start a grease fire. This technique worked well for this dish, and the adjustment of heat did not negatively affect the outcome of my frying. Eventually my food came out nice and crispy and with a great light flavor. Generally, when I fry with a coconut oil, my food as a fresh coconut flavor, but this oil left the coconut flavor more as an undertone rather than the main flavor. This time my food did as well but not as strong. The coconut flavoring was light and not overbearing.

This is a nice mild oil. I like the tin can with the attached lid and pouring spout because it keeps things clean and oil doesn't leak out or create a mess like other bottles do. It's good for everyday cooking and doesn't have an overpowering flavor. I've been using it for both pan frying as well as sauteing and it's been working really well. I like that the oil doesn't have a strong scent either so the flavor and aroma of the food comes through.

I absolutely love this La Tourangelle Organic Sun Coco Oil, 25.4 Fl Oz, Blend of Organic Sunflower Oil and Coconut Oil. I've always loved cooking with coconut oil, and not just cooking with it but coconut oil works amazing for many things, to create hair masks for your hair it really helps for your hair care, it also really helps for your skin care and then to cook with it , not only does it taste great but has many healthy benefits. But this was my first time trying a combination of both coconut oil and sunflower oil and I absolutely love it. I even used it to cook for my youngest Brother the other day, and let me tell you he is beyond picky so I thought he might point out that something tasted odd (because of the new oil) but he didn't say anything whatsoever so that was a huge plus. This oil is great, smells great, tastes great and is organic which is a plus. The packaging is gorgeous as well and yes this oil is perfect for high heat. Overall I highly recommend this combination oil of coconut and sunflower!
