Vega One All-In-One Plant Based Protein Powder, Vanilla Chai, 1.93 lb, 20 Servings

This is my favourite product ever. I have been drinking one serving of the chocolate flavour a day for about 4 years now and since then I have felt healthier and more energized. I would say that for best results, you shouldn't treat this as a meal replacement but as a complement to a regular diet. I normally drink it in the morning or around 4pm towards the end of the work day (pairs perfectly with strawberries/fruit here) and it is great. Taste is amazing and it give you that burst of energy when you need it most. It works well with water but I prefer it with cow's milk...I know...I know. Vegan replacements for cow's milk also work well. The thickness of the milk takes away a lot of the granular texture that you can feel in the water so if you hate that feeling in your drink, i definitely suggest the milk/smoothie route. Just remember to give it a really good shake before you sip to get rid of any chunks. You also don't need to stick to that 350ml in my opinion. I add a scoop and then fill my blender bottle to the top with milk and that works great for me. More milk/water never hurt anyone. The large tub is great for the house and single serve packets are perfect for when I travel. Just throw them in your carry-on and you're good to go. This really lets you stay on your routine with them which you cant do with other products. It is totally worth the price and the rewards that you earn are great. I wouldn't trade this for anything and would (and already have) recommend it to anyone. You have a life long customer in me!

This protein powder is entirely too sweet with a cloying stevia taste, which doesn't leave a lot of room for making smoothies. Even with only water added, it's too sweet, but I actually really like it if I mix half unsweetened natural with half sweetened (chocolate or vanilla typically). It would be so much better if they could just make the product less sweet, so I don't have to buy two different containers of protein powder.

As with all Vega products, I am very satisfied with the products they produce ... however, stevia, and it's lingering aftertaste, has always been a bit of a contentious issue for me, in regards to so many of the Vegan powders on the market. (I can sweeten, with real fruit, any shake as I see fit ... I do not need pre-sweetening in order to make a shake palatable.) Now with the Vega natural, with NO STEVIA, I am able to get that nice balance of neutral taste, without an after taste ... when I add a banana, or other fruit, I have all the natural sweet flavour I need, and want. Thanks for this newer version of Vega shake!

I find that the product is very good. I feel very energetic since I started taking it. As well it helped a lot to satisfy my between and night cravings. However, the big downside of this is that it does not taste very good. I have tried the Mocha and it tastes very bad. I am not sure if I will re-order.

The Vega shake is great. I love that it has a lot of nutrients in it, but the cocoa helps me handle my chocolate craving too! It fills me up, so when I am tempted to come home and munch, making a Vega Shake helps to stop those cravings. Vega is a more reasonably priced than other nutritious shakes. I like that I can pick it up from a store locally and don't have to order it online. I like the flavor and have found that it has become a great part of my diet and day.
