I am on a health journey after breaking my ankle and gaining weight. I didn't want to take GLP1 medications, and decided to start eating in a calorie deficit and a supplement routine. I purchased this almost as a last resort to add to my daily routine. I think I'm entering just my second week of using the product, and I LOVE it. It really does curb your appetite, and is helping me stay in my calorie deficit. I'm also having better digestion. My favorite way to use is in my morning coffee, then in the afternoon in a protein blueberry smoothie. I do wish it was a little more affordable, but, for the quality of the ingredients and how well it works, I'm a customer for now on. I appreciate that it's unflavored and unsweetened so the options are endless. Thank you!

I take it daily in a hot drink or oatmeal or smoothie. Incredibly helpful for regularity, bloating, and I think it evens out cravings. Easy to use, negligible calories. If you add it to something mild in flavor you may taste a little “earthy” flavor, but just slight. Big fan of this product. I used to order the bars, which are very good, but I prefer this to get my fiber and prebiotics overall.

I have used this for about 7 months and have not lost any weight. Supergut says I need to execise more. DUH. Any weight loss plan suggests exercise. I am heavier now than when I started.

It blends well with my oatmeal and protein drinks. My ONLY complaint is that the individual packets are really hard to open! I like these because I can be in my car or traveling but very often I can't get them open and I don't have access to scissors. Maybe just a more perforated line on top?

I feel like my overall gut health is better! I'm more regular, don't have bloating, feel better after eating meals and….i really don't have the feeling of “ I want a snack” for several hours after taking this! Also—/ it mixes so well in water, or whatever your liquid of choice is!
