I ordered only one trial item with 3 packets, so I don't know yet of the long-term effects of this fiber. but what I really liked is that it's 100% soluble with almost no taste, so can be added to your morning glass of water, for example, adding potential benefits of prebiotic fiber. I've already ordered a full-size can (180 g) and will be testing it soon.

This is a high quality fiber. It's only one ingredient, partially hidrolizad guar gum, that is why it works. It helps a lot the gut . The benefit it is that absorbs gas and helps with constipation. I have Sibo and this is a life saver. I love the package in individual doses that I can take with me when I travel.

Bought this during trial, i think it's nice to have fiber and prebiotic together. Perfect composition and help me in constipation especially when i never eat fibrous food in my diet and can help with the hemorrhoid. I would like to purchase powder for 2-3 months supply rather than sachet, if any.

Good quality fiber with good ingredients composition in an acceptable sized package. Benefits the gut much and helps me to stick with my diet, whilst helping with intestinal problem. I hear it's good for constipation and I'm looking forward to feeling this benefit. Tastes alright.

Liked it . Veryfine, not gritty, dissolves better than other similar products I have tried. It was good to try this product on a trial basis, but just wish there was more of it in the trial size so as to keep on trying it longer before buying in. It is more expensive than another similar product I am using , but mine is grittier and harder to dissolve.
