[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm giving this a 3 for how bad it tastes. I mean it's really, really bad. It's so incredibly sour, it's very hard to drink. It even smells incredibly strong. The entire downstairs smells for hours after mixing this up, and I chug it, I don't let it sit out. According to my boyfriend it smells like sweet rancid garbage. He thought something went bad in the fridge. HOWEVER, this stuff really does regulate the GI system. As someone who has suffered from chronic constipation my entire adult life, I can say this has been way more effective than I expected. This works WAY better than miralax and there is no unpleasant cramping or pain which I personally experience with miralax and pretty much every other fiber supplement. The taste though is so off putting, it's enough to make me sick .I will try it again but in flavorless.
