I am on a health journey after breaking my ankle and gaining weight. I didn't want to take GLP1 medications, and decided to start eating in a calorie deficit and a supplement routine. I purchased this almost as a last resort to add to my daily routine. I think I'm entering just my second week of using the product, and I LOVE it. It really does curb your appetite, and is helping me stay in my calorie deficit. I'm also having better digestion. My favorite way to use is in my morning coffee, then in the afternoon in a protein blueberry smoothie. I do wish it was a little more affordable, but, for the quality of the ingredients and how well it works, I'm a customer for now on. I appreciate that it's unflavored and unsweetened so the options are endless. Thank you!

Love , love , love!!!! I use the stick packs twice a day and sometimes 3. Depending upon how my body is feeling. Love that the canister is now Available but seriously love the sticks. No excuse not to take them on the go with my daily wandering and perfect for travel. Going to add a canister on to my next authorship so I can leave it on my counter at home!!! Woot woot. I can definitely tell when I have skipped when I normally wouldn't. Great that it's vegan and bonus no taste !!!

My wife started using SG several months ago and couldn't stop talking about how well it worked. I'm a big skeptic and not a big believer of any new product that promotes internal health. I took approximately 15 fiber capsules every day, with very limited success. I decided to give her supply a try and man, I'm a believer. SG has made me regular on a consistent basis and as a by product, actually made me feel better. I use it daily now and can't stop telling others about how great this product really is.

It blends well with my oatmeal and protein drinks. My ONLY complaint is that the individual packets are really hard to open! I like these because I can be in my car or traveling but very often I can't get them open and I don't have access to scissors. Maybe just a more perforated line on top?

I am on my second container of supergut have have seen any change. This absolutely does not curb any food noise. It seems to be a big marketing scam. It's so not worth it!
