They provide 5 g of Fiber plus 6 B vitamins per serving. I know I don't eat right and get enough fiber. These gummies are a pleasant way for me to ensure I get enough! I love the fruit flavors, peach, strawberry and raspberry. I can pick two of the same flavor or combine two different ones. Either way they are delicious. The texture is good too. I appreciate that they are sugar free. These gummies do not leave any aftertaste and I look forward to taking 2 a day. I received these gummies for free in exchange for an honest review.

The pills are difficult to swallow since they are so big. These are easily chewable and taste pretty good too! I like the strawberry taste. They are great source of fiber which are good for my digestive tract. I like these and will continue to take them.

These gummies taste great, a lot of vitamins i have tried taste awful and make me not want to take them any more, but vitafusions taste incredibly great, and they also work very well.
