I am a first time smartphone owner. Love this phone. Has everything I need at a fraction of cost. Easy to navigate, thin design, takes good pictures.

Have owned the phone for about 3 months. Phone seems to be really great except for an issue with the screen. There is a white dot in the middle of the screen that is very annoying on a white background. The salesman at Walmart said he had seen this issue before with this model phone. I called LG for service and was told that the warranty on this phone was handled thru Total Wireless. So, I called Total Wireless and after a few diagnostic procedures, requested by Total Wireless, they agreed to replace the phone. Total Wireless requires that the phone be sent in to them before they send out the warranty replacement. They have no procedure whereby I could give them a credit card to guarantee that I would in fact send the old phone back to them. I'm hoping this is not just a stall tactic they use to tell me the phone does not have a problem and then not replace it. We will see. NOW HERE IS WHERE THE REALLY ANNOYING PROBLEM CAME IN: WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO FOR A PHONE WHILE THEY GET AROUND TO SENDING ME THE REPLACEMENT? NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Bought this phone when we switched from Straight Talk to Total Wireless to save a few bucks on monthly phone charge. The service is fine; as good as ST as it is via Verizon as well. BUT, this phone replaced a ZTE Quartz and it cannot touch the ZTE! First, and this seems to be an LG thing... every time you or something brushes up against the screen or even just touches it, the darn thing comes on. I have to constantly be hitting the button on the back to shut it off. After less than a year, it now disconnects the Bluetooth connection to my car as soon as you exit the car, so if I stop to get gas and have the phone on me, I get back into the car and have to go through the procedure to re-attach the Bluetooth to the car (Ford Sync)! It is not a fast phone at all. Voice quality is mediocre at best. No voice commands to dictate texts. Keeps changing assigned ringtones back to the same one for everyone. Does not indicate when there is a voicemail message. I really cannot think of anything positive to say about this phone, to be honest. The price was reasonable, but that's about it. Total Wireless has much less phone options that ST and their phones cost more and offer less. Unlocked good phones are also expensive; ST beats that as well. We may be switching back as my BF's phone from Total Wireless is now out of memory and is also not acting right after a bit under a year's time of use as well. Very displeased.

I replaced my ZTE Rapido with this phone. It has nice features, just not the same convenience items the Rapido. It has a nice screen, good features, and is a good basic phone. The camera is not fantastic, but adequate. For the price, this is a good value, and I'm using it on Total Wireless, I just switched from Straighttalk, and so far, very happy with both service and phone.RPT
