When texting the keyboard covers where im typing so i continually have to back arrow to look at what I've typed to check for spelling, to see where im at in a sentence. Its very annoying. Also to start a new text there isnt a CONTACT lust that pops up, you have to type name, search for person you are wanting to send text to. In phone calls, when I choose contacts, my Samsung 9 had a line on the right of A-Z to choose the letter of first name of person I want to call. This phone just has a row of dots. I gave to guess about how far down "Kathy" might be.

No. 1 ..There does not seem to be an option for restarting my phone. No. 2.. Right after I purchased my new phone, Samsung Galaxy A53, I was prompted to do all kinds of things, so I followed through, not totally understanding what I was doing. I later realized I had created a second Facebook account and started friend requesting friends I already had on my still active original Facebook account ! Now, i cannot seem to delete just the new account, without deleting my original Facebook account !! This aspect of my new phone is quite frustrating !! As a result of my attempts to delete the new FB account, FB will not let me "Like" or "share" posts as much as I would like...Community standards...which actually does not apply to my "liking" posts !!!

The phone is good. The customer service that goes with it stinks. I would rate it 0*. There were no instructions with the phone to tell me how to do simple operatiions, get to places I need on the phone, or anything else. For someone like me who has never used this type phone before, this is extremely frustrating.

It's my husbands. He had to upgrade because of the “no more 3 G” business. There needs to be an app for “over 70 folks” so the phone isn't so smart. It takes awhile to know which features you can turn off and just get calls, text and the alerts for your area. Otherwise a good phone.

My old LG Xventure was much better than this new phone. It drops signal all the time and is extremely slow downloading. I need to find out how to delete whatever is constantly loading in the background. Maybe that will help to increase the download speed and stop it from dropping signal all the time.
