Bedroom Vanity Assembly

We paid for an assembly of tv stand. Instead we got delivery but no one showed to assemble. We took time off from work for the appointment, only to get an email from Angi wanting to reschedule. Very poor service. Angi and Walmart = big fail. Now I've got try and get my money back.

Paid for furniture assembly through the partner company Angi. You pick a date and time that works for you on the app. Once it's schedule there is no confirmation. The day of the pro was unprofessional and didn't not communicate with me. Never showed up to complete the job and ended up having to do assembly myself. I called the Angi customer service line and they don't do anything or hang up on you. Very unprofessional. At least contacting Walmart helped give me a refund.

I scheduled my sofa to be assembled, and a half hour before they were supposed to arrive, they sent me an email saying that they didn't have anybody to put it together and they would reschedule me for the 26th. I was not about to wait 2 weeks to have my couch put together. So I called to cancel. The gentleman I spoke to said he could have somebody out there by 5:00 p.m. that night. I agreed. Then, a half hour before my appointment, another email stating that they didn't have anybody to put it together. As far as Angi goes, you will get no customer service out of them because you didn't direct book directly through them. Walmart needs to stop recommending them.

Order the sofa and the recliner got a date for the assembly. Recliner I held down to for a week prior to the assembly date so far arrive the day before. Day of the assembly I checked to ensure the time they were to arrive. No one showed up I contacted cancel the assembly put together the chair by myself open the sofa to begin assembly while assembling noticed that the sofa was broken. I sent multiple text messages. Emails and have have not resolved the solution nor have I been reimbursed for the assembly fees.

its a joke. you pay $89 for walmart assembly, and you get an email from a company called Angi that assembles the product for a price of over $250. What a hoax. So I'm out of two times out of $89s cuz I had added the assembly for two products I ordered. Walmart, you need to put a stop to referring them for assembly
