These smoke bisquettes (model Btmq48) are processed and compressed mesquite and will give off a pure, strong smoke when ignited in your Bradley Smoker or similar smokehouse burner. Mesquite famously generates a thick, strongly-flavored smoke and is ideally paired with beef and game birds like duck and goose. Since it’s such a strongly-flavored smoke a little mesquite can go a long way and so it is an ideal wood to use with items with short grilling times. Each of the mesquite pucks in this package of 48 burns for about 20 minutes. Originally designed for Bradley’s superb automated smokers, these bisquettes work great in many other brands of smokehouse and are even suited for use in a standard backyard grill. Like all Bradley bisquettes, these fuel pucks burn cleanly and make a strong consistent smoke ideal for flavoring foods.
