Flap discs offer the main advantage of being able to provide finer finishes than grinding wheels and can perform on uneven surfaces. HART’s 4-1/2” 36-Grit Flap Disc quickly removes large amounts of material with aggressive grinding action. It’s ideal for shaping or smoothing wood, metal and masonry. The 36-grit material (very coarse) is great for shaping or smoothing wood, and metal. The disc is designed to work with most 4-1/2” angle grinders and an arbor size of 7/8” and a maximum of 13,300 RPM while the active grinding agent provides cool cutting with light pressure. It tackles multiple jobs without changing discs, making it ideal for weld grinding, deburring, rust or paint removal. Recommended for aggressive use and heavy-duty applications only. Includes 2 discs per pack.
