PUH682 Convection Heater

I have upgraded electric but it didnt matter. bought a few of these and the plug and outlet eventually melt. they also use A LOT more electric than others I've tried, with not much output. they were only around $20 each at walmart, which is why I decided to try them. they seemed great for the 1st 1-2weeks, but then seemed to not do much. Lesson learned and thankful my house didnt burn down. but $$$ now to replace outlets. photo attached of plug.

Sucks this heater is no longer available I have one remaining and its been going strong for 15 years. Purchased 3 alternatives and they have all failed within less than a year. This was quality! If you're not lucky enough to own one, perhaps you can find one online or through a local yard/garage sale.

I have used a pair of these heaters for well over a year now. The fans and heating elements work great. However, there isn't much of a difference between high and low temperature settings and the thermostats are absolute garbage; either they repeatedly cycle on

This heater will mostly radiate on the lower settings. I took my first one back because I thought my lower settings stopped working, but after exchanging it for another one I realized that's how they're made. The higher you go, the heat will blow out, not unless something's wrong with both??? I use it here at work and it does what I need it to do. Anyways, try for yourself.
