LifeProof - FRĒ Case for Apple® iPhone® XS - Asphalt

I bought this phone case to protect my phone on my long bike rides. It was worthless. The plastic cover made it next to impossible to correctly enter my passcode to unlock my phone and I was repeatedly "locked out" of the phone for entering what was perceived to be the wrong passcode. The side bottom was set up to force my phone into silent mode so I did not know if someone was trying to reach me on my bike rides. It was extremely difficult to put on and take off to make to unusable in even limited situations. Do not buy. I wasted my money

Are you serious?!? It has only been a month since I bought it and still don't have it! Hard to rate it wouldn't you say? But I can rate the shipping and customer response. Prob be going with a diff manufacturer for my next case. Sorry, truth sometimes hurts.

I like bright colors, especially on my phone! So that part is great! But i was disappointed That the touch screen didn't work with this case. I have a screen saver film on my phone and apparently the two doing work together. I haven't run into this problem with previous Lifeproof cases. It's almost like the life propose screen protector is too far from the surface of the phone...or it's just the adhesive film is too much. Even thought this model iPhone is waterproof, I like that this case completely covers all openings—particularly when I'm working in the yard but it's been banished to the drawer to wait for my film protection to peel off.

Very good protection against almost everything. However, the case is not optimised for the screen. Gives an air pocket beneath the screen cover, which makes the usage of the phone more difficult. Wasn't like this on earlier lifeproof models... have exchanged case once due to this, but still experiencing the same issue. I'm sad to say I wouldn't recommend the case.

I used one for 5 years with my 6s. When I recently upgraded to an Xs the first thing I did was order a Fre case for it. Over the years I've dunked it, dropped it and splashed it numerous times with no damage, the old 6s looks like it just came out of the box from Apple. The only down side was that it had trouble recognizing my thumb print through the plastic over the home button. The face recognition feature of the Xs got rid of that problem, so, as far as I'm concerned, it's a perfect case.
