It has sausage rice and a little spicy but nasty! I couldn't get with the taste. I baked two but maybe I should have fried it.
the texture of the rice was mushy and a bit spicy to say it's mild. when buying boudian it's best to stick with what you know.
I don't know what they did but these are so different than they used to be. they are gross. very disappointed
This is the best store bought boudin I have ever taste. We cooked it in the oven, microwave, air fyer, and on the grill.
I make by taking out of sleeves. Adds just the right amount of heat, to any dish you have this with, or by itself.
