I have used baby lotion for over 25 years. Needless to say I have always had Johnson & Johnson (JJ) products in my life. When I was blessed with a child of my own, JJ was the only product that I & my mother in-law used. One day I will be able to share this lotion with my grandchild as she did. However, until then I will use JJ (creamy baby oil, when I can find it) products. I am happy to say that three generations have used Johnson & Johnson baby lotion through history with love.

For toddlers+ this is a great lotion. Suited perfectly fot their skin. However, for infants, the lotion actually works the opposite way on them and tends to dry them out. Newborns tend to have extra dry skin (considering they lived in water for 40 weeks, it makes sense the air would dry them out.)

Don't use this particular one. Had rashes on whole body of my baby after applying two days. Stopped using after that and everything became normal. Johnson is a good brand but don't know how this can happen. Same happened to one of me friend also after a week.

I love Johnson's Baby Oil, it not only makes my skin soft and young (I'm 62). I slather it on my entire body while shower is still running, including my face. I started putting it on my hair and it is glorious! I have bleached my hair since I was in high school and there are NO split ends and it doesn't feel dry. I wash my hair, rinse, put conditioner on, then put a handful of Johnson's Baby Oil in my hair and I rub it in. I don't rub the scalp, just my hair. Then just rinse. Leave the Baby Oil in. My hair is silky, shiny, growing, easy to manage and not the least bit oily. I do this every time I shampoo. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!
