Fisher-Price My Little Snugabunny Dual Motion Baby Swing

I received this item as a gift from my baby shower and loved it after opening and installing it . However, I have a two month old baby that has not used it for such a long time and it already doesn't work . It will turn off within the first 15 minutes I turn it on and it's starting to squeak so much that it wake up my baby. I'm so disappointed in the product because I've seen a lot of good reviews online , but it showed me otherwise. I would recommend this product if it worked and wouldn't make so much noise where it wakes up my daughter. I have taken it apart and put it back together , but is still does the same.

First one stopped swinging after 3 months with my first child so we bought a second. By the time we got the new one he was over the swing so we saved t for our second child. The second swing worked for about 5 months with the second child before the motor died in it! I spent 2 full months manually pushing the seat for 20-30 minutes at a time. Don't buy it!!!

We recently purchased this swing as an extra one to use upstairs for nighttime. We bought one 4 years ago and my daughter lived in it! When we got this one we noticed the music was totally different than the other one we have. It's not relaxing at all like the other one. My daughter actually won't even fall asleep if the music is on. I wish I would've known they changed the music on it. I would've gotten a different more relaxing music swing. Too bad I wasted so much money =(

My baby is two months old and loves this swing. I usually put her in it on the side to side setting and she really likes it, but I wasn't sure what she'd prefer, so I wanted a swing that could also go back and forth. She naps in it during the day and sits content in it too so it really buys me some hands free time throughout the day. I love the power cord so we aren't burning through batteries. But I think the vibrating feature requires batteries which is kind of a bummer. I wish that ran off the power cord too.

I am unable to edit my previous review, but I would like to revise it. Fisher Price contacted me and sent me a new swing free of charge! They even paid for shipping for the new swing and to send part of the old one back. I recommend Fisher Price as a company due to their spectacular customer service. The swing works and I am satisfied!!!! Thank you Fisher Price!!! **My husband and I did notice a difference in quality of the new swing though. The quality seems cheaper. It does the job, but the buttons do tend to stick. The more we use it, the more we will probably see how the quality affects the swing. I hope it will last long, but we will see in time.** If you have any problems with your swing, contact Fisher Price, they have great customer service and try to fix your problem in a quick and timely fashion!
