If you have stiff joints this juice is what you need. JOI like to slightly freeze mine so it taste like a slush!

At Wal-mart they put this item on the bottom shelf, it is a good thing it works or my knees would not be able to bend down for me to get it. It is bad though, you must use it for 5 days straight for results.

This product does seem to help my with my joint pain. Plus I figure the little bit of Antioxidants can't hurt either. Not the best tasting but Pomegranates aren't really my favorite.

You need to drink it for about a week for it to have its full effect. It tastes great!

I recommend this to everyone I know that has knee problems. It worked for me and is worth a try.
