Swanson Menopause Essentials 120 Veggie Capsules

I just recently started taking Menopause Essentials and am happy with the results. In combination with Black Cohosh and Maca, my hot flashes are well under control and do not disturb my daily routine anymore, as well as I feel better overall. I plan on continuing with these supplements as long as needed.

I have been using this product in combination with Hormone Essentials daily for sleeplessness, irratibility, and emotional well being. I can not believe the difference it has made. I have slept through the night for a week straight. I can not remember the last time I slept through the night without waking up. I have not been as emotional or short tempered. I would highly reccommend this product to any woman having these symptoms.

I was in such misery with hot flashes, enjoying them a few times each hour. Going out in public was so awful. That was the worst symptom for me. After taking these for 9 days, I noticed a change. Now I am at ZERO hot flashes.I would give 10 stars to whatever ended that misery. I take 2 in the morning, 1 in afternoon, 1 at bed time.

I've been under a lot of stress for a long while now and have been having A LOT of hot flashes. I tried a lot of different remedies that were supposed to work, but didn't seem to touch my problem. I even tried taking Don Quai in capsules and I couldn't seem to take enough. I reasoned that since this formula was made from extracts, that it would be concentrated, and so I tried it. Almost from the first day, probably because I had been taking Don Quai already, my hot flashes diminished greatly, and since have become a rarity. When I have a hot flash, I know I have forgotten to take my supplement. I take 2 capsules 3-4 times a day. It works for me and I am grateful!

I had 4-5 hot flashes an hour and drenched my bed each night from sweats. I began taking this product with little effect then read a review that suggested the addition of red clover blossom. After adding that herb my hot flashes are 4-5 a day rather than an hour and are less severe after one month. Also way dryer at night. Thanks for a great product!!
