I could not open this product as the spray nozzle top is extremely difficult to understand and by the time a couple minutes had passed by and keep in mind I was desperate because I felt terrible and was completely congested couldn't breathe for days so I was just wanting the top to come off and to be able to squirt the medicine up into my nostrils and get some relief.. But it was not to be so because the spray top nozzle would not come off so I couldn't even use the product to get some relief from my severe congestion. very disappointing. I tried the equivalent product from Afrin the same day after purchasing both at Walmart and the Afrin product was less expensive by over a dollar and also it worked as it should have worked the nozzle spray top nozzle came off when I twisted the cap and I was able to use the product and finally had some relief and decongestion

This is the best nasal spray I have used. Between my nose stuffing up and my post nasal drip, this is the only spray that keeps my nose clear. I give it 4 stars because the cap is extremely hard to get off. The last 4 or so bottles have been extremely hard to get the cap off.

If you've ever suffered from chronic sinus headaches, you know you'll try anything to make them go away. Most meds only numb the pain temporarily, but it will usually come back. This spray is fantastic! It doesn't numb the pain, it actually fixes what's causing the headaches. The first time I used it, I had been suffering for a few days with a bad headache. Within an hour at the most since the first spray, it felt like the whole inside of my face was moving. You know that feeling when your sinuses are actually draining. So yeah, it's kinda gross when all that starts draining into your throat, but it's more tolerable than the headaches. I don't care if it is more expensive than most sinus meds, it works, so I will make sure I never run out. It's a life changer for me!
