DYMO Organizer Xpress Embossing Label Maker

Truly terrible product. Has not yet produced an acceptable quality label since I opened the box, and has frequently gotten jammed. Have to go to random YouTube clips to figure anything out, and even that doesn't help. I always thought Dymo was one of those good old reliable American brands from before I was born that made products that really couldn't be improved on, like Tabasco or Stanley - instead this feels like something from the good old Soviet Union in the 50s. Have this company's products always been this bad, or have they just been acquired by private equity who have run the quality down to squeeze every drop of profit out of the company before eventually liquidating it? Should have consulted these other 1-star reviews before purchasing. The replies from Dymo to these reviews shows they really don't care and don't intend to do anything about it.

A total piece of junk! Was able to print 2 small labels before the Device quit working. Device advertised and labeled to include 3 rolls of tape wasn't the the package.

You might need to be a bit patient and adjust the letters slowly and try to press with the same amount of for every time to get the best results. Overall super happy and got to label a bunch of stuff at home!

It is too small. It needed to be bigger. I do not know if I read it wrong or it was a lead in wrong.

Much better than the older type label makers. So easy to use and change label cartridges with different colors. Great gift for younger kids who love to organize their toys!
