this label maker jammed in the first month, with the label material tightly wrapping around a rubber feed spool. unjamming it is nearly impossible, and once unjammed it has poor printing quality now, with streaks through the characters. i suspect a design flaw, where the ribbon cable to the print head is completely exposed inside the cartridge cassette area, and simply unjamming it probably exposes the ribbon cable to damage. poor engineering.

Has worked faultlessly since purchase,variety of labels is a major plus, would like to get the rechargeable battery pack soon so to be able to charge it while not in use and be ready to go.
