[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a big Alka-Seltzer person to start with cause the fizz just seems off to me but I really appreciate the non aspirin part to this since I am allergic. If you don't down the glass right away make sure to give it a stir every now and again but I found this really helpful and worked pretty quickly. It's fine for a product at home but not as handy on the go.

I really had high expectations for this product but it was a massive disappointment! The product doesn't have any flavor. Secondly, it took an hour and thirty minutes to feel any kind of effect with this product. It didn't rid the feeling of heartburn like other products that I'm use to. It just toned it down and BARELY toned it down. I had to sleep my pain off! I'm glad that the product only lasts for four hours because I would be suffering all day if it weren't for that. I don't think this product is worth it. Not only are there quicker options out there but much better options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works relatively well, but only for the ailments listed on the product. It will not do much for diarrhea, nausea, etc. I have found. Also not the easiest to use on the go, since you have to dissolve it in water before taking.

Good for not just indigestion, but also other types of symptoms that an adverse food reaction can cause. For someone allergic to aspirin and sensitive to many drugs, this product is a Godsend!
