I also enjoyed that it had some bubbles as that always makes my stomach feel better. I'm not really a fan of the taste but I usually don't enjoy drinking medications in this way, however, the time it takes to work outweighs that.

The other day I decided to try my Alka-Seltzer vox box when the heartburn kicked in. I was surprised to find that it didn't have an unpleasant taste. A few minutes after dissolving in water and drinking, it caused me to belch. After the belch, the heartburn was gone! It provided long lasting relief, worked fast and didn't have a bad taste. This specific type is also aspirin free.

I won't lie - they don't taste amazing, but are easily enough to get some and really helped me feel better. My favorite part about them is that it is a lower sodium version!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does it work, yes. Does it taste good, no. I'm thinking Alka seltzer is just not for me. I have crazy heartburn due to medications I am on and honestly even though I give it 3 stars cuz it works fast, I'll still stick to my chewable tablets. They might taste like salt but at least it doesn't remind me of a salty colonoscopy prep drink. This one isn't for me.
