The description on this item was spot on. I knew exactly what I was going to get before I received it. Thats not even the best part. The best part is that it arrived two days before it was projected to arrive.

needs elastic band to make it sit up in chair....heat not prevalent enough

If you did not have back problems before you will have them after you use this. Sorry, I returned it.

I use the massager as white noise to help me sleep. But this massager relaxes all my back muscle, to help my sleep longer. So thank you for your product.
