VERY easy assembly. Most parts pre-assembled. No little bags of parts to sort and figure out. Video available on U Tube. couldn't be easier really...I needed no other help. I am 260 lbs. Fits me loosely. Sturdy. Handles adjustable so you are not hunched over. Love it.
This is a great product, it has really been helpful to me to get around my home safely. The seat and storage are a really handy and great feature. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Some parts were scratched, so i assume it was a return. The boxes were both torn up, and i didn't have high hopes. It was .issing instructions, but somehow, it still turned out well. It's extremely sturdy, easy to use, and feels comfortable sitting on. Im 5'5 and 375 lbs for reference. The extendable habdles are nice, so you dont have to bend over to walk. Obviously, with it being built to be sturdy and habdle 500lbs, it's not the lightest walker I've ever seen, so you may need help loading and unloading it depending on your specific needs. I was able to get it in and out of a Jeep without issue. Overall, Im happy with my purchase and it did well and several surfaces today when i was about and about. Dirt, bricks, gravel, grass etc
I ordered this as an upgrade to the 450 lb Medline rollator that I have been using for the past 21 months. The wheels and brakes appear to be identical but the frame isn't as heavy and the hand grips aren't as nice. I like it but was expecting it to be heavier. It is less expensive than the old rollator so I'm not that disappointed. I hope that it holds up. I like to lock the brakes and sit on my rollator while working in the house or yard so I am hard on them. This will be easier to lift and it doesn't have the plastic hinged cross bar. Those hinges break easily. Ask me how I know. :D
I can't get one handle tightened. seem to have the wrong screw. tried several times to get it tight, then exchanged wirh orher screws and nothing worked. There has to be a flaw in the waljee frame. Instructions seem to leave a few steps to figure out.
