[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good introduction to fountain pens due to its accessible price and overall it feels like a good quality and it's comfortable to use. The reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because in my opinion, it has a learning curve and getting a consistent ink flow was somewhat difficult, making my writing inconsistent in thickness and having to go over a line again because ink wouldn't come out. I wouldn't use it as an everyday pen but more for "special" occasions like signing a document since you get really beautiful thin lines when doing fast strokes as seen in my picture.

I like the thickness of the ink lines and how smooth it feels writing with it. This doesn't seem like an everyday scratch pen. Even though this is nice, I probably wouldn't buy it.

It it delightful holding this pen and I like that old school feel, like I am writing with a quill pen from the old days. It is really innovative, you don't find pens like that out there. So, congrats Pilot, you've done something no other pen brands have done. However, it's a bit messy, from the second I took the cap off I was writing on myself. It tends to leak, so you have a learning curve with this pen. I think once I get the hang of it I will be fine. It dries fast and looks nice. I would be open to buying pens like this in the future!
