Advil Children's Suspension Sugar Free, Dye Free, Berry 4 oz (Pack of 2)

When my son was little and running a fever, Advil liquid was what I'd reach for. I really liked the dye-free flavors best because if he happened to throw up, at least the medicine wouldn't be staining everything. It always worked marvelously. I made sure we always had a bottle on hand.

Mixed reviews in this. Totally works and we save this instead of tylenol for fevers. The problem is that its super thick and syrupy so the kids absolutely hate it they will spit it right back out. We have to do small doses multiple times in a syringe and give them sous of water for them to take it.

a product I trust for my children, its affordable also doctor recommended. I always have a bottle on hand for my children for pain relief and fever reducers. my daughter enjoys the flavor and that's rare that she will take medicine without complaining or fighting me

This helps my littlw gut so much for headaches and he will actually take this flavor. He is 4 so that is a very important aspect of the med. It eases pain quickly but i dont use it much for fever because we use other options for that but this is great for growth pains as well

In the event that we need to use a pain reliever or fever reducer this is one of our go tos. I love that it is dye free! Both of my girls have always taken this without complaint. The dosing chart is clear and the product has always worked as intended.
