Although it did help the pain in my back ease up and it made me sleepy. I would recommend this to someone with mild aches and pains that are needing a little help falling asleep.

Sometimes he will take NyQuil to help him sleep, but it has stuff in it he doesn't need. This is a great alternative when the reason he is having trouble sleeping is his sore back or knee. Definitely worth trying if you have occasional issues.
