Sunbeam 4 In 1 Heating Pad

My wife has used the pad everyday for the past month. Now the heat selector is on high and the intensity on a fast flashing. Cannot turn it off, or move it off the high selection. No heat. Tried unplugging and plug back, goes right to the high selection. Cannot find a fix. Very disappointed to say the least.

Product worked great for a couple days and now stopped warming up.

This is a great heating pad. Large, soft and washable.

I chose this pad over its competitors largely because it indicated having several heating choices. But, when I selected the "high" heat selection, all I felt was a timid warmth. Apparently, Sunbeam opted to avoid potential lawsuits for burning customers' skin by making even the high heat setting mild. Unfortunately, by doing so it made an ineffective heating pad. Guess I will go back to Icy Hot. At least it feels as though it is doing something.
