I'm looking for something that gets things moving without feeling like I'm sick and to be there when I need it. The taste and size were good. No issues. No sickness, all was well. However I just didn't get results with it. 2 different doses and nothing. I went to my normal go to and everything was back to normal, so not sure if I needed more than this can do, or just is a weak dose. Also, and this is nit picky, but the box was very thin and crushes on every corner. The issue is that I can stand it in the medicine cabinet. I have to move it somewhere or put it in something else, so it is just not easy to make it avaliable. I think it could be good for others, but fight net my needs.

It worked for me really fast maybe like 2 hours in. But had some side effects nothing bad tho just a tad dizzy and nauseous for like maybe 30 minutes I read other reviews and most said it was bad but honestly it's ok not the best or worst but I also just took one. It works but it's not as “comfortable” as advertised.
