I didn't defecate in over a week so I tried this product. Within 15 hours, I went SEVEN times. SEVEN. Some people might not like the cramps, urgency, or diarrhea... but for the truly backed up: WORTH THE DISCOMFORT. I feel cleaned out, and so much better than when I was filled with all of that.

Typical story, didn't eat well over the weekend, now it's Wednesday and I haven't had a “real” movement since Saturday.
