Order 4 bottles. I followed the directions to the 'letter'. Half way thru the 4th and final bottle and had lost nothing, decided this was yet-again, another waste of time. One more useless weight-loss supplement. Thank goodness for L.E.'s great return policy.

I used the product as directed, one tablet 45 minutes before each meal. I lost three pounds in two months. I run 4 miles three to four times a week so I was hoping to lose my last ten pounds and it hasn't happened. I figured taking this with the exercise I do and eating healthy I would lose weight. I feel this product is a waste of money!

I only took this for about 3 weeks, during which I lost no weight, but became very absent minded and had trouble concentrating. I stopped taking it, and the absent mindedness and concentration problems dissipated. I do not recommend.

My wife and I used the Garcinia HCA for 2 months; 3 caps 45 mins. before all meals (label directions). We have also been exercising 6 days/week. And eating usual Vegetarian low sugar and fat diet. NO advantage over usual exercise and diet. Note: we even added 2 caps of Life Ext. Green Coffee with each dose of Garcinia HCA

I choose this brand after a long research on the company. Since garcinia cambogia has become a media crazy I wanted to get a reliable one with a an ffordable price. After 5 days of taking I have to say that I don't feel as hungry as before and with my regular diet and my 3 day 30 min exercise I have lost 2 pounds. I can wait to see the results after a month!
