I like the chocolate one, I mix it with Almond Milk for a morning protein shake. It's very satisfying and keeps me full for about 3 hours.
I received in good time, but read ingredients and this contains corn fiber so in can not use. I am allergic to corn so will have to return. Very disappointed
I don't like it at all. Tastes watery when directions are followed. I used half the water and it was better but I am used to Labrada Nutrition products which taste much better. I won't be buying this again.
This is very thick. Not a bad thing. I add skim milk and water. The powder is good when you run out of the pre packaged shakes.
It's an excellent source of protein. I make a mocha milk shake using the powder, instant decafe coffee and a little Stevia. Add ice cubes and turn on the blender.
