I was losing weight terribly, and after being suggested by my doctor, I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did. It's not replacing a meal, but giving me the incentive that I needed to eat. I'm so glad that I tried it. It will be on my shelves from now on.

As good to save money, don't get me wrong. It's still ground Hamburg. I think I read it somewhere that has ground pork mixed in with it to make it more fattier because if it does have ground pork in it, it states somewhere that there's pork in it a lot of people don't eat pork, but when you cook it, you can see there's a lot of fat so you can instantly tell it's not a high-quality meat but it is what it is. You get what you pay for

Excellent for nights when I don't feel like eating dinner. Very tasty and like a treat in a way. This is not an energy drink, so there isn't an energy boost. It does have lots of good nutrients and fiber. That's what makes it a good little meal replacement when my stomach doesn't feel like it wants a full meal.

This it the go to in our place when nursing others who are unable to eat. can't remember anyone ever turning down an orig Chocolate Ensure. Walmart doesn't gouge u on price especially when the big firms know darn well you already have too much on ur plate. -- i'm not sick but writing. this makes me wanna get one now cuz theyre good in between makes too I do not accept anything for my opinions

Ive been drinking Ensure bramd shakes for about 5 years. They have helped a lot with weight and nutrition management whole being disabled. So ive tasted many flavors. This one is the best flavor theu have in my opinion, taste like a good banana bread loaf.
