I have been struggling with trying to gain weight after losing over 200 pounds while dealing with a bone cancer diagnosis. I have been using Ensure Plus once a day for almost a month. I have really noticed a difference in my energy level and appetite/strength. I love this product. The Butter Pecan is awesome. I have tried the other flavors which are also very good but I prefer the Butter Pecan. It is creamy and has no after taste which I really like.
