My sister just started drinking the butter pecan ensure after a short stay in the hospital wear she was severely dehydrated from not eating and down to less then 83 lb but since she started drinking the shakes she's regaining weight and feeling great . I do love ensure plus vanilla, very tasty, and it actually works, I drink ensure few years now. I always have problems to gain weight, doesn't matter what I eat, time of day or night.., never passed 100 lbs, after started drinking ensure in just few weeks, I started to gain some lbs, now I am 120 lbs. I am happy with that The only negative side of ensure is that it's very sweet, too much sweetness, and if I stop drinking ensure for few days, I loose weight again Overall I love it:)!!!
